30 day return guarantee
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your article. Defective products can be returned to us if they have the following types of quality issues: stains, hinge breaks, torn or torn materials of poor quality, clear color difference, the main difference between the photographed product and the product received. Procedure to solve the problem:
1. Show the problem with clear photos taken at good light or take a short video and send it together with the order number and product number (SKU) to our support center.

Wrong size
Different brands and manufacturers can produce smaller size items. Make sure you check the size chart carefully before ordering. We will keep in mind that the size of the item is incorrect if there is a 3 cm (1.18 inch) difference between the measurements of the item received and those on the product page.

Missing items and partial delivery
Make sure you open the package and check the content carefully before signing up for the package.

BelleCat from different warehouses may need to split your order in some cases to receive a portion of your items sooner. Please feel comfortable. If we made a mistake, we will send the missing item / accessory for free within the warranty period.

The product is good, but I do not want it anymore
You have 30 days of receipt of the goods to contact us.
If you return the item for a change or refund, you must pay the shipping costs in both ways.
We will do our best to help you until the returned items are unused and unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging. Each used product is automatically disqualified for a return.
Additional Warranty Comments
- All return shipments must be approved by our customer service team first; If approved, an RMA module is provided. Items returned without an RMA form are not accepted.
